Dr. Zhang received his PhD degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, USA. Dr. Zhang had been an instructor at Dong Hua University from 1986-1992. He has 15+ years experiences in IT industry. He had worked as a senior engineer in R&D department at MINDRAY Medical International Co., Ltd, HUAWEI Technologies, etc. He had also worked as a senior software developer in financial sector in Chicago, USA for seven years. He is currently an assistant professor in Computer Science Department at Wenzhou-Kean University.

Dr. Zhang received his BSc and MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Dong Hua University, China in 1983 and 1986, respectively. He received his PhD degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, USA in 2011.

RESEARCH INTERESTS:  

Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Parallel and Scientific Computing, Software Engineering, Computer Simulation, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, etc.
