Dr. Rob Kim Marjerison is a former merchant mariner and satellite telecommunications executive. He has been teaching Global Business courses internationally for the last nine years in Bhutan, Mexico, Korea and Japan. Dr. Marjerison has a PhD in International Business, a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Masters in Public Administration. His research interests include: Sino-US Trade, Entrepreneurial Organization and Business Proposal Analysis and Cross Cultural Negotiation.

Dr. Rob Kim Marjerison spent twelve years as a merchant mariner serving on ships worldwide, an experience which he believes helped him develop and appreciation for different cultures and countries. After transitioning ashore, he worked as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ATT International Maritime Services providing satellite telecommunications services to the cruise industry worldwide.

He has been teaching Global Business courses internationally for the last nine years in Bhutan, Mexico, India, Korea and China. Dr. Marjerison has a PhD in International Business from the International School of Management in Paris France, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Louisiana State University, and a Masters in Public Administration from California State University. His research interests include: Sino-US Trade, Assessment of International Business and Entrepreneurial Business Proposals, Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Cross Cultural Negotiation.

When on vacation he divides his time between riding his vintage Royal Enfield motorcycle around the Himalayas and painting reproductions of Native American artifacts at his home on a small island in the Florida Keys.
