We are delighted that you will be joining us and we look forward to your contributions to Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU). This exciting experience in your professional career promises to be productive, significant and unforgettable. You play a critical role in fulfilling our mission to provide a world-class education in a world-class learning environment. You will be joining a diverse team of committed and driven faculty and staff members dedicated to providing world-class teaching and learning experiences for our students.
From increasing enrollment to implementing new academic programs and building additional campus facilities, WKU continues to grow and develop. Launched in 2012, WKU sits on approximately 500 beautiful acres and is now in the midst of a growth phase that will bring enrollment to more than 5,000 students. WKU is a unique model of higher education, a comprehensive, public university, approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education and accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. With all instruction in English and all curriculum provided by Kean USA, WKU prepares students with relevant knowledge for the workplace while cultivating leadership and honorable qualities needed to become innovative thinkers and effective global citizens.
We want you to be successful in your new role. All WKU representatives will work together to ensure your onboarding process is informative and organized. Our goal is for your transition to WKU to be as smooth as possible. This website includes information that will help with your transition to Wenzhou. The New Hire Paperwork, Compensation, Benefits, Visa, Taxes, Travel and Housing links on the main page will assist you in preparing for your arrival to WKU.
