温州肯恩大学校内选拔公告

为优化人力资源结构,组建高素质人才梯队,增强学校核心竞争力,根据学校现阶段发展需要,经研究决定,现开展校内选拔。

一、目标职位

  1. 职位数: 11-15;

2. 职位级别:高级主管、主管。

二、资格条件

  1. 硕士或相关专业中级职称及以上;

2.  校龄满2年(2015年12月30日前入校);

3. 相关工作经验满3年;

4. 申请高级主管的需任主管满2年;

5. 历年考核合格及以上。

6. 工作表现特别优秀且对学校发展有重大贡献者可不受上述条件限制。

三、选拔流程:

(一)公告发布

人力资源部发布校内选拔公告。

(二)应聘报名

符合条件的员工均可申请本部门或跨部门的主管或高级主管,申请人员下载并填写《温州肯恩大学校内选拔申请表》(附件),于1月3日前向人力资源部提交应聘申请表。

(三)资格审核

人力资源部在1月5日前完成资格审核。

(四)考核

1、考核形式:采取面试的形式。

2、分值构成:总分100分,进校后历年年终考核等级的平均分按50分折合(考核优秀按90分、良好按80分、合格按70分计),考核委员会面试分占50分。

3、考核委员会在1月19日前完成考核,人资部汇总考核结果,提交校领导会议。

(五)人员配置

校领导会议确定人选并根据现有人员结构及工作需要进行人员配置。

(六)公示

预录用人选名单公示5天。公示结束且无异议者,进行职位调整。

全程由纪委监督。

Wenzhou-Kean University Internal Selection Announcement

In order to optimize the allocation of human resources, build up a high-caliber talent team, enhances the core competitiveness of the University, according to the development needs, the university decides to start the internal selection.

Part 1: Positions

  1. Amount: 11-15;
  2. Position titles: Senior Coordinator, Coordinator.

Part 2Qualification

  1. Master or Related Medium Professional Title;

2. 2-year working experience at WKU(Entered WKU before 30th Dec 2015);

3. 3-year related working experience;

4. A Senior Coordinator requires additional 2-year working experience as a Coordinator.

5. Annual Performance Assessment grades “Qualified” and above.

6. Those who performs extremely excellent and has significant contributions to the university could apply without above 1-5 qualifications requirements.

Part 3: Selection Process

  1. Announcement

HR release the internal recruitment announcement.

  1. Application

All the positions will be opened up for all qualified staff. Applicants download and fill out attached “WKU APPLICATION FORM FOR INTERNAL SELECTION”, submit the form to HR by 3rd Jan.

  1. Screening

HR will complete the screening by 5th Jan.

  1. Assessment

(1)Type: Interview

(2)Result Calculate: Average result of annual assessments grade 50% (Excellent 90,Good 80,Qualified 70) and Assessment Committee interview score 50%.

(3)The Assessment Committee will assess the candidates by 19th Jan. HR Office will collect the assessment documents for the final decision.

  1. Personnel allocation

The leadership meeting will determine the suitable candidates, and allocate the candidates according to the current personnel structure.

  1. Notification

HR Office will make the notification for five calendar days. After 5-day unanimous notification, HR will start the on boarding process.

The Supervision and Inspection office will supervise the whole process.
