一、招聘岗位及条件

二、报名与资格审查
1、报名
报名系统自2022年4月27日上午9点开放,招满即止。 全部岗位的报名均在统一网络平台进行。报名网址(hiring.wku.edu.cn/exam/sign-in/71?ts=)。此报名系统为本次招聘唯一报名平台,不接受其他报名方式。

网络报名注意事项如下:
(1)实名注册个人信息后,详细、准确填写个人信息并选择岗位进行报名,报考人员每人只能选报一个岗位。
(2)资格初审完成前,应聘者可更改报考岗位;但在初审通过后,应聘者不可更改报考岗位。
(3)应聘者须对本人所提交的错误信息造成的后果负责,提供虚假信息或蓄意隐瞒者,取消应聘资格。

2、资格初审
(1)招聘资格初审在线上进行。学校根据招聘岗位所需条件对报名人员定期进行资格初审。
(2)学校将通过邮件的形式向资格初审通过者告知资格审核有关情况和后续安排。

3、资格复审
(1)应聘者须在指定时间接受资格复审。资格复审具体时间另行通知。
(2)资格复审请携带本人身份证、学历学位证书、专业技术资格证书、单位工作经历证明等原件及复印件材料。留学人员应提供教育部留学服务中心出具的境外(国外)学历、学位认证书原件及复印件。事业单位在编人员需提供所在单位及其上级主管部门同意报考证明。点击下载模板:同意报考证明
(3)应聘者所提供的证件不全或所提供的证件与报考资格条件不相符者,或未按时参加资格复审的,视为自动放弃应聘资格。

三、面谈
用人单位将约请初审通过者进行初步面谈。面谈形式和具体时间安排另行通过邮件通知。面谈通过的应聘者将推荐进入后续考核。

四、考核
1、面试考核。主要考察应聘者的综合素质、专业素养、实践经验、对学校的认同度、领导力等。岗位不设最低开考比例。经考核后,如没有合适人选,可作空缺处理。
2、面试具体时间安排另行通过邮件通知。

五、体检
遴选委员会研究确定体检、考察对象。体检参照公务员体检标准执行。不按规定要求参加体检的,视作自动放弃。

六、公示、背景调查、聘用
1、拟聘用人员将会在我校网站上公示5个工作日。公示期满,对拟聘用人员没有异议或反映有问题经查实不影响聘用的,我校按规定程序办理进人和聘用手续。
2、在职人员应在办理聘用手续之前自行负责与原用人单位解除聘用(劳动)关系。
3、学校将通过第三方对拟聘用人员进行背景调查。

七、其他事项
1、应聘者对自己所填报资料的真实性负责。对伪造、涂改证件、证明,或以其它不正当手段获取应聘资格、考试考核过程中作弊等违反公开招聘纪律的应聘者,将取消应聘资格。对已聘人员,一经查实,即予解除聘用合同。
2、应聘者放弃或被取消入围、聘用资格,或体检、背调中出现不合格者,在拟聘用人员公示前由遴选委员会研究确定递补人员。递补安排以适合开展下一环节(阶段)工作安排为前提。
3、聘用人员必须在规定的时间内报到;不能在规定时间内报到的,我校不保留聘用资格。

Part 2 Application and Qualification Review
1. Sole designated online application system link: hiring.wku.edu.cn/exam/sign-in/71?ts=.
The system opens from April 27, 2022 and 9 PM until positions are filled. This is the only application channel to receive applications.

Please pay attention to the following when applying positions online:
a. After real-name registration, please provide concrete and accurate personal information and choose one position to apply for. Every applicant can only apply for one position.
b. Before preliminary qualification review, applicants are able to change the positon; but when the preliminary qualification review is done, applicants cannot change the position.
c. Applicants should be responsible for the consequences caused by any wrong information submitted by applicants. The candidacy will be withdrew if applicants provide false information or conceal information.

2. Preliminary Qualification Review
a. Online preliminary qualification review. The University will review applications periodically.
b. Notifications will be sent to preliminary qualified candidates by emails regarding further information and arrangements.

3. Second-round Qualification Review
a. Candidates should participate in second-round qualification review on a designated time. The time of second-round qualification review will be notified separately by emails.
b. Please provide original documents and hardcopies of the ID, degrees and certificates, professional certificates, certificate of employment etc. when doing the second-round qualification review. Degrees earned from overseas are required to obtain the diploma and their authentication. Candidates with staffing of public institution are required to provide the Certificate of Job Application approved by the current public institution or the superior department in charge. c. Candidates who provide incomplete documents, or provide documents that did not meet the qualification requirement for the position, or fail to participate in the qualification review on time, will be deems to give up the application automatically.

Part 3 Job Intention Talk
The University will invite preliminary qualified candidates for a job intention talk. The time and arrangements will be notified by emails separately. Candidates who pass the job intention talk will be recommended to further assessments.

Part 4 Assessments
1. Interviews will be focusing on comprehensive qualifications, professional qualifications, practical experience, recognition of the University culture, leadership etc. This recruitment does not set the minimum exam-opening ratio. The position may be vacant if there is no qualified candidate after assessments.
2. The time and arrangements of interviews will be notified by emails separately.

Part 5 Physical Exam
The search committee studies and discusses the final candidate. The physical exam standard is in accordance with civil servants. Candidates who fail to take the physical exam will be deems to give up the application automatically.

Part 6 Public Announcement, Background Screening and Recruitment
1. Potential new hires will be announced online for 5 work days. If there is no objection or the complained issues are unaffected to the hiring decision, the University will conduct hiring and onboarding process accordingly.
2. Potential new hires are required to dissolve any employment relationships with current employers before the hiring and onboarding process.
3. The University conducts background screenings on candidates upon acceptance of a contingent offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background Screenings.

Part 7 Others
1. Candidate should be responsible for the authenticity of submitted information and documents. Candidates who alter, forge required documents and certificates, or obtaining qualifications by other unfair means, cheating in the examination and assessment process and violate the discipline recruitment rules will be eliminate the candidacy. If candidates have been hired, contracts will be terminated immediately if evidences are verified and confirmed.
2. The search committee reserve the right to nominate substituted candidates before the potential new hires announcement if the first candidate withdraws or is eliminated the candidacy, or fails to meet the qualifications of the position, physical exams and background screening. Arrangements for candidate substitution should be implemented properly for further procedures.
3. Potential new hires must report on duty within the specified time; otherwise, the University does not retain the employment qualifications.
