二、聘任条件:

1、硕士或相关专业中级职称及以上;

2、相关工作经验5年。

 

三、招聘流程:

(一)公告发布

人力资源部发布内部招聘公告。

(二)应聘报名

温州肯恩大学现在职员工下载并填写《温州肯恩大学应聘报名表》(附件),经本部门负责人同意且报分管校领导同意后,于10月10日下班前向人力资源部提交应聘申请表。其中理事会秘书长同时进行校外招聘,截止报名时间为10月29日。

(三)资格审核

人力资源部协同用人部门(学院)在10月13日之前完成资格审核。

(四)考核录用

学校根据招聘岗位分别成立评审委员会在10月20日之前完成考核。人资部汇总各考核结果,提交执行副校长及理事长商议确定预录用人选。

(五)公示

预录用人选名单公示5天。公示结束且无异议者,通知到岗。

 

全程由纪委监督。

Internal Recruitment Announcement

 

In order to optimize the allocation of human resources, build up a high-caliber talent team, enhance the core competitiveness of the University, according to the development needs, the university decides to open the following positions for internal recruitment.

Part 2Qualification

1.Master or Related Intermediate Professional Title

2.5 years related work experience

Part 3: Internal Recruitment Process

  1. Advertisements Post

Human Resources Office posts the ads internally.

  1. Application

Current WKU staff should download and fill out the “Wenzhou Kean University Application Form (Chinese and English)” (Annex). Employee must request the permission from office/school head and Overseeing Leader, and then submit the application form to HR Office by 10th.Oct. Executive secretary for the board of directors will close on 29th. Oct as the same with external hiring closing date.

  1. Screening

The requesting authority will review all internal applications with HR Office to make if a determination if there are any qualified candidates by 13th.Oct.

  1. Assessment

Based on the positions, a committee will be established to assess the candidates by 20th. Oct. HR Office will collect the assessment documents for Executive Vice Chancellor and the Chairman of the board of directors for final decision.

  1. Notification

HR Office will make the notification for five calendar days. After 5-day unanimous notification, HR will start the on boarding process.

The Supervision and Inspection office will supervise the whole process.
