Before joining WKU, Prof. Liu was a lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Business Department and School for Tourism and Hotel Management at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.

Her teaching experience covers Financial Accounting at various levels, Financial Statement Analysis and Thesis Research at undergraduate levels.

Research Interests

Dr. Liu’s research interests cover the fields of Financial Accounting and Applied Econometrics in accounting research, focusing on capital markets research in accounting such as earnings management, conservatism, corporate governance, and market efficiency. She has also an interest in Financial Econometrics.

Currently, she is the director of SpF Research Program Sponsored Project funded by Wenzhou-Kean University.
