简介：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是马克思主义中国化的最新成果，是当代中国马克思主义，21世纪马克思主义。如何进一步感悟新思想的时代伟力，将新思想学懂弄通、学深悟透，需要在把握其思想的精髓、掌握其精神要义上下功夫。本讲主要结合党的二十大报告的相关指示精神，就贯穿新思想中的灵魂、主题和目标三个方面，对新思想的时代伟力作出阐释。

Introduction: Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is the latest achievement of Marxism in China, representing contemporary and 21st-century Marxism. To better understand this new ideology and fully comprehend its significance, a rigorous examination of its essential principles and underlying tenets is required. In light of the relevant instructions outlined in the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, this lecture will provide an interpretation of the epochal significance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in terms of its fundamental soul, theme, and objectives.

张海波（1990-），东北大学法学博士，浙江省习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究中心温州大学研究基地研究员、温州市瓯海区“八八战略”与区域治理研究中心博士宣讲团成员、温州大学马克思主义学院讲师，主要从事马克思主义基本原理与习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想方面的研究。主持浙江省习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究中心项目和市厅级研究项目3项，参与国家、省部级等科研项目10余项，参编学术专著5部，在《社会主义研究》 《学术论坛》 《广西社会科学》 《黑龙江社会科学》 《温州日报》 《之江策》等发表论文20余篇。曾获温州大学优秀教师、温州大学教学展示活动二等奖、浙江省高校《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》讲课比赛三等奖等荣誉称号。

Zhang Haibo (1990-), a holder of a Ph.D. in Law from Northeastern University, is currently serving as a Research Fellow at the Wenzhou University Research Base for Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in Zhejiang Province, as well as a member of the Doctoral Preaching Team for the “88 Strategy” and Regional Governance Research Center in Ouhai District, Wenzhou City. He is also a lecturer at the School of Marxism, Wenzhou University. His research is mainly focused on the fundamental principles of Marxism and the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era. He has overseen three projects at the Zhejiang Provincial Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Research Center, as well as contributed to more than ten national, provincial, and ministerial-level scientific research projects. Additionally, he has contributed to five academic monographs and has published more than 20 papers in various journals such as Socialist Studies, Academic Forum, Guangxi Social Sciences, Heilongjiang Social Sciences, Wenzhou Daily, and Zhijiang Strategy. He has been awarded numerous honors, including the title of Excellent Teacher of Wenzhou University, Second Prize in Teaching Exhibition Activities of Wenzhou University, and Third Prize in the Zhejiang Province University “Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Chinese Characteristics Socialism” Teaching Competition.
