Biography

Oliver Keels is a general lecturer for Wenzhou Kean University’s College of Liberal Arts. Prior to working at WKU, he served as the Director of Student Services and Lecturer for the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani. There, he was the primary resource for students for non-academic services at AUIS and a lecturer in Economics. Born and raised in Eastern Kentucky, Oliver received his BA from Berea College in Classical Civilizations and German and his MA in Diplomacy and International Commerce from the University of Kentucky’s Patterson School. He is currently pursuing his PhD at the University of Minnesota in Comparative and International Development Education.
