学业排名

Academic ranking is based on the student cumulative GPA at the end of the most recent Fall or Spring semester retrieved after the grade freeze date. Semester rankings are issued to actively enrolled, matriculated, undergraduate and graduate level students. Students who are not enrolled in the identified semester are not included in the ranking calculation. Students are ranked among other students in the same program, who started in the same academic semester.   

The grade freeze date is set on the fourteenth (14th) day after the semester ends. For example, 23/FAWZ ends on Friday, Dec 22nd, 2023, and the Grade Freeze Date is Friday, Jan 5th, 2024. Any grade recalculation request or approved grade change request submitted to the Office of the Registrar by the end of the grade freeze date will be processed before the student cumulative GPA is retrieved.  

The academic ranking should be published on ONCE by the end of the fourth week after the Fall or Spring semester ends.
