The Adjustments regarding the Application for WKU Graduate Programs

April 10, 2020 | Graduate Admissions | Chenyan Zhou

Being affected by the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (NCP), all recent TOEFL, IELTS, GRE tests at all test centers in China have been cancelled. Some applicants also have difficulty getting relevant documents from their universities due to campus closure. In order to ensure a fair and orderly process for the 2020 graduate admissions cycle, Wenzhou-Kean University hereby announces the following adjustments:

  1. The deadline for application is postponed to June 30, 2020 (late applications will be considered subject to place availability).
  2. For the application for Educational Leadership (Ed.D.)program, Letter of Endorsement is waivedfor all applicants. GRE score can be received by the Office of Academic Affairs at the end of the first academic year, which means GRE score is no longer one of the required documents for application. Applicants who have already taken GRE can still include their GRE score in the application for evaluation.
  3. English language test scores, GRE score(if already taken),and/or degree/diploma certificates should normally be received by the Office of Academic Affairs before July 15, 2020.

The Graduate Admissions Committee evaluates all required application documents comprehensively. Currently, all the graduate programs are continuously accepting applications.
