II. Requirements
2.1 Young Artistic Creative Talent Funding Project, applicant should be
2.1.1 Chinese (including Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan) ;
2.1.2 Born after April 30, 1981 ;
2.1.3 Recommended by the affiliated institution or by minimal three experts in the field.
2.2 Communication and Promotion Funding Project & Art Talent Training Funding Project
2.2.1 The applicant should be the organization or affiliated institution.
2.3 Online application

Please fill out the online application and upload related materials under the guidance of the Program Application http://www.cnaf.cn/gjysjjw/xmsb/jszlist.shtml.
