Graduation Notice

Dear Students,

Congratulations to our soon-to-be WKU graduates!

If you have earned at least one-hundred credits already, or plan to meet the remaining course requirements of your degree by the end of the Winter Semester of 2023, it’s time for you to take the next step of applying for graduation.

To apply for graduation, you must submit the attached two forms (Please print separately) in paper to the Office of the Registrar at GEH D-202 by the deadline of December 2, 2022, at 16:00 pm;

WKU Graduate Information Sheet (including photo!)
Written report (student with violation record)

Late submission of the application forms can result in delayed processing of your degree. To be eligible for graduation all course requirements, grade changes, grade recalculations, and pending transfer credits must be recorded on your official academic record as met by the end of the Winter semester of 2023.

And if you need to apply for grade recalculation, please do so on ONCE (https://once.wku.edu.cn:5008/) as soon as possible, and read the pop-up policy on the website carefully. The deadline to apply for grade recalculation is Jan 12th, 2023.

*Here is how to check the number of credits you’ve earned and your degree type:

You can check your credits gained for the major Curriculum and Type of Degree in KeanWISE (Student Planning > My Progress) and in Peoplesoft for CNCC, PE, and Art Courses (My WKU > Self Service > Academic Records > My Course History > Units taken).

*For this batch, the degree will be conferred around March 2023, the WKU diploma will be ready for collecting around April, and the KU diploma will be ready for collecting around May, please arrange your schedule accordingly.
