3. 温肯在职员工：

温肯在职员工申请转岗的，校龄须满一年，并请填写转岗申请表（点此下载），征得部门负责人及分管校领导同意后提交至人力资源部。在职员工申请转岗的不需要再参加笔试，但需要与校外应聘者一同参加面试。

1. 已完成学业(有相关证明,如教务部出具的完课证明)但尚未取得学位证书的应届毕业生可接受报名。
2. 具体考试安排及相关审核、考核通过信息会以邮件+短信的形式通知，审核、考核不通过的不另行通知。请务必确保报名时填写的手机号码、邮件地址准确无误。
3. 体检参照公务员体检标准执行。
4. 全日制学习期间所有的工作、实习、兼职、项目管理等经验均不算作工作经验。

3. WKU Staff:

If WKU staff who have been working in WKU over 1 year would like to transfer the position, please fill the POSITION-TRANSFER Application Form (Download Here), and submit to Human Resources Office after approved by head of your current department and leadership. WKU staff only attend the interview together with the external applicants.

1. Those Graduating Students who have proven record of finishing the whole courses (e.g. Course Completion Letter issued by university) and haven’t get the degree could apply for the positions.
2. The details of written exam and interview will be informed by sending e-mail and text message to those who passed the resume screening and exams/interviews. Please ensure you provide e-mail address and telephone number correctly.
3. The physical exam standard is in accordance with civil servants.
4. All work, such as part-time jobs, program management experiences, internships and so on happens during full-time study are not considered as working experiences.
