Notice of Graduation of 2024 Spring Semester
Dear student,
Congratulations to our soon-to-be WKU graduates!
If you can meet the remaining course requirements of your degree by the end of the Spring semester of 2024, it’s time for you to take the next step of applying for graduation.
*The application for graduation by the end of the Summer session of 2024 will open and be noticed in June.
To apply for graduation, you must submit the following forms (attached) in paper to the Office of the Registrar at GEH D-202 by the deadline of April 19th, 2024, at 4:00 pm;
· Degree Application Form (UG / PG)
· WKU Graduate Information Sheet (including photo!) -3 COPIES
· Statement of Correction (For those who have violation records in Misconduct and Academic Integrity)
Late submission of the application forms can result in delayed processing of your degree. To be eligible for graduation all course requirements, grade changes, course repeat recalculations, and pending transfer credits must be recorded on your official academic record for auditing as met by the deadline of June 10th, 2024.
