The 2024 Global Learning for an Open World Conference (GLOW)

The Global Learning for an Open World (GLOW) Conference is a virtual event focused on driving sustainable development through innovative education. The conference aims to improve global competencies, encourage cross-border collaboration, promote dynamic global citizenship, and provide equitable access to quality education. It will be held November 20-21, 2024 from 9 AM to 9 PM CST.

The conference offers professional learning experiences and a platform for educators to exchange ideas and best practices. The key themes include youth voice, global competence and international mindedness, curriculum and assessment, intercultural communication, experiential education, and future-friendly schools. The target audience includes students, educators, administrators, activists, NGO leaders, higher education faculty, researchers, and policymakers.

Students, educators, researchers, and innovators are invited to submit proposals for presentations and workshops. We seek contributions that highlight innovative practices, cross-border collaborations, and strategies for fostering global competencies and citizenship. This is a unique opportunity to share your insights and engage with a global audience dedicated to transformative education. Proposals are due by October 1, 2024. 

Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies, non-profits, and schools that want to support GLOW's mission. Sponsors can benefit from increased visibility, recognition, and access to a diverse audience of educators. Different sponsorship levels offer varying benefits, such as complimentary admissions, logo placement, featured sessions, and exhibition booths.
