Notice on Registration for 2025 National English Competition for College Students

Online registration is now open for the 2025 National English Competition for College Students (NECCS). We invite all students to participate and make the most of this valuable opportunity.

Timeline:

Registration Deadline: March 17th, 2025 

Preliminary Round: April 13th, 2025 (Sunday), 9:00-11:00 (Location: Wenzhou-Kean University)

National Final: May 11th, 2025 (Sunday), 9:00-11:00

To sign up for this event:

Step 1: Scan the QR code, complete your personal information, and pay the registration fee.

Step 2: Scan the QR code, and join the WKU NECCS WeChat group. (Please refer to the registration email for the QR code.)

Step 3: Check your registration information after 1-2 working days via the portal at www.neccszj.cn.

About the NECCS  

The National English Competition for College Students (NECCS) is a prestigious national contest that evaluates the comprehensive English abilities of college students. It is also recognized as one of the key indicators of English teaching quality in Chinese universities.

The competition offers four tiers of awards: Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize. Finalists for the national stage, along with Second Prize and Third Prize recipients are selected through the preliminary round. The Grand Prize and First Prize are awarded in the national final.

Note: A university must have over 100 participants to qualify for the finalist slots. We welcome all students to join!
