Mr. PAN Jianzhong, a graduate of Zhejiang University, currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Wenzhou-Kean University and the Party Secretary, where he holds overall responsibility for the leadership of both the University’s Board of Directors and Party Committee.

His previous roles include Deputy Director-General, Deputy Party Secretary, and Editor-in-Chief of Wenzhou Daily Press Group; Deputy Secretary-General of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Director of its Policy Research Office, as well as Deputy Secretary-General of the Wenzhou Municipal Government and Director of the General Office. He has extensive experience in the research, formulation, and implementation of local governance policies.

Dr. LI Xiaonian received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Zhejiang University of Technology and his PhD from the Institute of Coal Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chancellor of Wenzhou-Kean University. Within the authority delegated by the University's Board of Directors, he is responsible for the University's overall administration.

Prior to joining Wenzhou-Kean University, Dr. Li served as President of Zhejiang University of Technology. He is currently an International Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering. His research has long focused on industrial catalyst technologies and green processes. He served as a visiting scholar at the University of British Columbia in Canada and conducted postdoctoral research at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in the United States. His honors include two Second Prizes of the State Technological Invention Award (ranked 1st and 3rd, respectively), the First Prize of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award (ranked 5th), four First Prizes at the provincial and ministerial level, and the China Youth Science and Technology Award. He has also been selected for the Ministry of Education's Changjiang Scholars Program, as a Zhejiang Special-grade Expert, and for the New Century Hundred, Thousand and Ten-Thousand Talents Project.

Dr. Yixin (Eric) YANG earned his bachelor’s degree from Dalian Medical University and his Ph.D. in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, and Biochemistry, as well as an M.S. in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University. He is currently the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs for Wenzhou-Kean University and Professor of Molecular and Cellular Biology, overseeing all academic affairs. 

He also serves as Director of the Zhejiang Provincial International Science and Technology Cooperation Base, Council Member of the Bioinformatics Society of Zhejiang Province, and Director of the Wenzhou Municipal Key Lab for Applied Biochemical and Biopharmaceutical Informatics, among other roles. He has extensive experience and outstanding achievements in teaching, research, and academic administration.

Dr. YAN Xiaopeng holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Hangzhou University, a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Canberra (Australia), and a Ph.D. in Education and Economic Management from Peking University. He holds a professional title of Research Fellow. Currently, he serves as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at Wenzhou-Kean University, as well as a member of the Wenzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

He assists the Party Committee Secretary in ideological and political education for students, Student Party and Youth League work, and is responsible for united front work, publicity, and ideological matters. He oversees the Office of Admissions, Career and Alumni, the Office of Student Affairs, the Office of Communications and Public Relations, and the International Studies Center.

Previously, he held various positions including Deputy Director of the President’s Office at Wenzhou University, Director of the Student Affairs Office, Executive Vice Dean of the College of Continuing Education, Director of the Office of International Relations, Dean of the College of International Cooperation, Council Member of Wenzhou-Kean University (Preparatory), President of Wenzhou University Italian Branch, and Director of the Italian Research Center at Wenzhou University. He has led multiple research projects commissioned by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Zhejiang Federation of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education, and provincial innovation teams.

Ms. LIN Zhaozhao graduated from Tongji University. As Vice Chancellor of Wenzhou-Kean University, she is responsible for overseeing administrative operations across the university. Her direct supervisory responsibilities include the Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Research, the Office of Finance, the Global Academy of Professional Advancement of Wenzhou-Kean University, and the International Frontier Interdisciplinary Research Institute. In addition, she collaborates with Dr. Eric Yang, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, in managing university-local cooperation initiatives. 

Ms. LIN previously served as Director of Jiangbin Subdistrict Office, Lucheng District, Wenzhou; Director of Science and Technology Bureau, Lucheng District, Wenzhou; Vice Mayor of Cangnan County, Wenzhou; and Deputy Director of Wenzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce.
