Below are your new hire documents from the Office of Human Resources. This checklist will guide you in the onboarding process, and will help ensure a smooth transition to WKU.

Please complete and scan the required documents and return by email to recruitment@wku.edu.cnElectronic signatures will not be accepted by the Office of Human Resources. All new hire documents must have the employee’s original, handwritten signature.
Be advised that all employees must receive a confirmation email from the Office of Human Resources approving the completion of all scanned documents.This is done to ensure each document is completed thoroughly. The Office of Human Resources will not accept incomplete documents.
