Students may access KU official transcript, KU unofficial transcript and CCC official and unofficial transcript.

*Note: We DO NOT provide any KU official/unofficial transcript in Chinese. If you need it, please contact the official translating institutions to translate the transcript from English to Chinese.

Official Kean University electronic transcripts may be requested online through the National Student Clearinghouse. 

Electronic transcripts allow for 24/7 ordering through a fast and secure process, with text alert ability and a status dashboard, providing students with convenience and peace of mind. After the electronic transcript request is processed, your transcript will be sent electronically within 1-2 business days to the recipient you have provided. 

Payment is required per official copy.

You cannot receive a transcript if you have an outstanding obligation on your account.

If you need an official transcript of Chinese Curricula with the Registrar’s seal, please print your transcript via the self-service printing terminal located at the KEANU One-Stop Services Center (B1 Floor, SLAC).
